Mel has worked in the mobile and communications sectors for many years and recently worked for a leading professional services and systems integration company. Mel has presented at a number of industry conferences and has designed and delivered several workshops. Mel is also a seasoned coach and mentor.
| Rob Falla has many years experience as a writer and information and knowledge professional. Rob has designed information portals and governance support systems. Rob has 10 years direct experience as either a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Product Owner and is certified as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) and Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise (SAFe) Scaled Professional Consultant (SPC4) certified. Rob developed and delivered many training courses and workshops, provided coaching and mentoring and managed the formation of several Agile teams who went on to become highly productive and effective.
